Please join us for an informative presentation and conversation about acts of intolerance in our community as we seek solutions for a more just, equitable, and safe Moore County.

The event will begin with a forum featuring panelists who are engaged with the issue on the local, state, and federal levels of law enforcement. It will be moderated by Dion Lyons, a Conciliation Specialist for The Department of Justice Community Relations Service "The Peacemakers" under Title X, Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The Enforcement part of the program will run from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm followed by a fifteen-minute break.

From 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm James Davis, former Sheriff of Hoke County and a former Conciliation Specialist with the Department of Justice will introduce speak with local victims of racial intolerance and take questions from the community.

In-person attendance for the forum is limited to the first 50 people. The event will be held in the Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall. Attendees are asked to enter by the Ashe Street entrance.
